Shipping
This shop is located in Duisburg, Germany. International packages may take 1-12 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.
Due to Covid19, some countries may still have shipping restrictions or there might be delays.
Prints are sent out with cardboard backing and charms in a bubble mailer. Bigger orders are shipped in boxes.
In stock and Preorder items
In stock items are shipped 1-2 days after payment.
Items marked as Preorder usually take 1-3 months to commission, arrive here, and get sent their way. If you order both in stock and preorder items, everything will be shipped out together once it's here. Please keep this in mind when placing an order, or place a separate order if you want to receive in stock items faster.

Tracking and insurance
By choosing a shipping method without tracking, you agree that the shop can not be held responsible for missing or lost orders. Tracked shipping is advised for a speedy and safe delivery.
Tracked Dhl international packages are insured, so in case of loss or damage, the customer will be compensated either with a new package or a refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Unless an item is damaged, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
In case of damage, please send a picture and/or description of the broken item in order to receive a refund or new item.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
